Glenn Poswell, Founder & Principal

B.A / B.Com, Monash University

Glenn is the Founder and Principal of Gannet Capital and is responsible for the firm’s overall investment strategy, portfolio construction, and investor relationships. He has built Gannet Capital into a globally connected investment platform, providing access to high-quality opportunities across venture capital, private equity, and public markets.

Harry Wilson, Investment Analyst

Master of Finance, UNSW / B.Bus, UTS

  • Harry focuses on investing in high-quality growth companies. In his current role, he works across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies as they scale. Prior to joining Gannet, he worked at Bellmont Securities and Victor Smorgon Partners, where he gained experience across public and private markets. He brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to evaluating businesses and long-term value creation.

Millie Macdonald, Investment Analyst

B.Science / Dip.Languages (First Class Honours), University of Melbourne & University of Michigan (All-American Academic Scholar)

  • Millie focuses on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and works closely with founders, management teams, and Gannet’s strategic partners throughout the investment lifecycle. Prior to joining Gannet, she was an Investment Associate in the Private Equity team at River Capital. She began her career in management consulting and also served as Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Alterity Therapeutics (ASX/NASDAQ-listed biotechnology company).
